Flew home for Little Scott and Tara’s Wedding June 29th. Then stayed home until my sister Dianne and Bob’s 50th Wedding Anniversary on July 13th. We were fortunate that we got to babysit all 3 of our great grandgirls Raelynn 10, Gracelyn 4 and Remi 10 months. We actually saw all of my side of the family and much of Bruce’s side also. It was almost like Christmas. We visited and helped celebrate Bruce’s step mom Jean’s Birthday. We provisioned on July 17th near Syracuse NY . On June 18th we cruised lock # 23 on the Erie Canal then turned into the Oswego Canal and did locks 1,2,3,5,6,7. There is no #4. We pulled up alongside the wall with other loopers. No electric or water but a safe free wall. We stayed 2 nights and dined with Knot a Chance (Jerry,Carol). We met Pura Vida (Chris,Angela,Sebastian), and Phase 3(Bill,Nita). So many nice people on the loop. Knot a chance were not loopers, but Canadians enjoying the loop. The dams are so beautiful here, and the river runs right beside the canal. It looks like an infinity pool but my camera doesn’t do it justice.
