October  15 we made our way to Grand Harbor by counce Tennessee.  It misted off and on but we were glad it didn’t storm.  We had to go 53 miles today.  One of the bends in the Tennessee  River was called Hookers Bend. After 40 miles we were ready to go through Pickwick Lock and Dam, a lift of 55 feet.  We will be bordering 3 states , Alabama, Tennessee,  and Mississippi.  Then we will travel down the Yellow Creek and into the Tennessee  Tombigbee waterway.  We were joined by 3 other loopers in the lock. BELLA with Sue and Tom, PARROT  BAY with Mike and Patty, and DREAM QUEST ? We saw more Grand looking houses.
